By accessing and using PoketEbook, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PoketEbook under the laws of Malaysia. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use our services.

When you purchase an ebook from PoketEbook, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and access the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not share, resell, or redistribute the digital files.
• You may not modify or create derivative works from the content.
• You may not upload the content to file-sharing websites.
• You acknowledge that purchasing digital content does not transfer copyright ownership.

Digital goods are generally exempt from automatic rights of return once accessed or downloaded. However, under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA) of Malaysia, you are entitled to implied guarantees that the digital products are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. If you encounter a corrupted file or technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be settled by the competent courts of Malaysia.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, PoketEbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from yours access to or use of our service.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
